This Cupboard Chaos Chili is the perfect pantry friendly meal for busy days. Made with lean turkey, beans, corn, and tomatoes, it’s a hearty slow cooker recipe that comes together with simple ingredients you probably already have on hand. Just toss everything in the crockpot and let it cook while the flavors come together for a warm, comforting bowl of chili.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. 99% Lean ground turkey
  • 1 1/2 cups Chili beans
  • 1 can Kidney beans
  • 1 1/2 cups Canned white corn
  • 1 1/2 cups Crushed peeled tomatoes
  • 1 cup Condensed beef consomme
  • 8 tsp. Fajita seasoning mix
  • 2 tbsp. Apple cider vinegar

Directions

  1. Crumble raw turkev, chicken or lean ground beef into the bottom of the crockpot. You can also cook and drain the meat before if you prefer.
  2. Open your beans, corn, tomatoes and consomme. Drain corn onlv.
  3. Add all can contents into the crockpot.
  4. Add fajita seasoning and vinegar and stir to mix.
  5. Cover and cook for 2 1/2 hours on HIGH.
  6. Top with your favorite toppings like cheese, avocado, tortilla strips or green onions.
